Warwick Trails Group – Warwick, MA

The all-volunteer Warwick Trails Group:

Maintains some of Warwick’s town-owned trails.
Hikes and maps existing trails.
Describes and maps suggested hikes.
Plans and creates new trails.
Leads hikes in Warwick.

We generally meet on the second and fourth Mondays of the month at 4 p.m. (3 p.m. in the winter months) at various locations around town. Group-led hikes are generally scheduled on the third Sunday of the month at 1 p.m.

When hiking in Warwick:

Be aware that cell phone service is not always available.
Be sure to know where you are going and stay on the trail.
Wear footwear and clothing appropriate for the weather.
Always bring water, regardless of the time of year.
Wear bug repellent as appropriate.
Be aware that some trails allow snowmobiles.
Know when it is hunting season. You may want to wear something orange.
- Note: Hunting is not allowed in Massachusetts on Sundays.
