2024-11-05 State Election Results

I cannot thank our lovely town enough for how smoothly this election day went today. Thanks to our Constables cranking the handle on the ballot box today: Bruce Kilhart, George Day, & Brian Peters. A huge thank you to our Wardens, Tracy Weed and Johan Sednek.

This is likely Johan’s last election with us as a Warden, and I’m grateful for his help running elections in town these past few years. If you’d like to consider joining Tracy as a Warden in the future, let’s talk!

Thank you to our poll workers checking in voters with a smile all day: Cheri Robartes, Dana Tandy, John Prance, Thomas Ratte, Donna Haskins, & Lisa Vander Stelt. And a gigantic thank you to the small army that joined us at the close of polls to help count ballots tonight. We managed to count over 500 ballots in under two hours thanks to: Andrea Woods, Ann Kendall, Chris Duerring, Clare Green, Dan Dibble, David Koester, Dawn Magi, Donna Haskins, Elaine Sednek, Emily Hemingway, Emily Rosen, Gloria Varno, Ivan Ussach, Janice Kurkoski, Jaylin Dibble, Jim McRae, John Cassinari, Lisa Vander Stelt, Louise Doud, Michael Italia, Nancy Harnden, Regina Curtis, Steve Kurkoski, Sue O’Reilly-McRae – and two other people whose names I didn’t write down (please shoot me a message, it’s been a long day).

Below are the unofficial results for Warwick – please note that ballots postmarked by November 5th are accepted until 11/08, and will change the below count.

There were 506 total ballots cast out of 696 total registered voters.
