It’s looking very overcast tonight, I don’t think we’ll be able to see much.
We have a great telescope to work with, or you can bring your own along. As a reminder, the Library has it’s own telescope available for loan, and we’d be happy to show you how to use it. This is a very amateur endeavor, so bring your knowledge and enthusiasm, and we can learn together!
The Warwick Astronomy Club meets regularly September through April, so dress accordingly. There is a short walk from the parking lot to where we’re observing. Please be mindful to keep any flashlights pointed down and away from people’s eyes.

We may occasionally get together during the summer months, but will not meet weekly due to the late night hours. If you’re curious about what’s going on in the skies during the off-season, I recommend Sky & Telescope.
Android users are encouraged to install the free and wonderful SkyMap, which will help you understand what you’re looking at.
