In the name of the Commonwealth, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Town who are qualified to vote in elections and in Town affairs to,
MEET AT THE TOWN COMMON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2026 AT 7 P.M.
Then and there to act on the following articles:
ARTICLE 1: Shall the Town rescind the action taken under Article 22 of the May 2026 Annual Town Meeting, which voted unanimously to raise and appropriate the sum of Eighty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars ($87,257) to fund the FY2026 snow and ice deficit. ⅔; or take any other action relative thereto?
ARTICLE 2: Shall the Town raise and appropriate Eighty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars ($87,257) to Stabilization; or take any other action relative thereto? (90% vote required).
ARTICLE 3: Shall the Town vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $3113.13 from CDBG for the purpose of paying prior year bills; or take any other action relative thereto? (90% vote required).
ARTICLE 4: Shall the Town vote to authorize borrowing, subject to the passage of a Proposition 2 ½ debt exclusion override, to pay for the annual share of the Franklin Technical School building project, determined through the district assessment formula?
ARTICLE 5: Shall the Town vote to adopt the bylaw entitled “Designation of Handicapped Spaces.”
