Minutes of Hybrid Meeting of the Warwick Selectboard
Warwick Town Hall
Thursday, May 21st, 2026, at 5:45 p.m.
Selectboard Members Present: Brian Snell, Chair; Alan Genovese, Vice-Chair; Keith Ross, Clerk
Others Present: Dillon Maxfield, Town Coordinator candidate; Lizzie Alwan, Town Coordinator candidate
- Call To Order – Snell called the meeting to order at 5:45pm
- Announcements and introductions
- Snell stated that this meeting was convened for the single purpose of interviewing candidates for the Town Coordinator position.
- Ethics concern – Snell informed the Board that a concern had been raised by another Board member regarding the appropriateness of the Chair participating in the interview process and final voting related to the Town Coordinator selection. Snell stated that the concern had been brought to his attention within approximately 15 minutes before the meeting. Genovese clarified that he was suggesting that Snell pursue and ethics opinion, but was not questioning the appropriateness of his participation. Snell further stated that he would seek an ethics opinion before participating in a final vote regarding the candidate selection.
- Snell stated his intention to disclose that Diana Noble is his wife to each of the candidates in order to be open about their relationship.
- 6:00pm Interview with Lizzie Alwan, candidate for Town Coordinator
- 7:15pm Interview with Dillon Maxfield, candidate for Town Coordinator

Snell MOVED to adjourn the meeting at 8:07pm. Ross SECONDED. Motion CARRIED. 3-0-0.
