Street Lists have been sent to each household in Warwick, please sign & return these to Town Hall, even if no changes are necessary.
If multiple forms are sent to a single household, please make a note and return them together so they can be consolidated!
If you are renewing a dog license in 2024, feel free to include your renewal materials with your returned street list.
