Paul, a Warwick resident and recent author, will share his fascination with Ho Chi Minh (1890-1969), the Vietnamese revolutionary and statesman who founded the Democratic Republic of Vietnam in 1945 (known as North Vietnam after 1954), and served as its first president from 1946 until his death in 1969. In 1998, Time magazine included him on its list of the 100 Most Important People of the Twentieth Century.
