Meeting called to order at 4:37pm by RC, TD Seconded
TD Moved that the Meeting Minutes from 4/29/2026 be moved into the permanent record VB Seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 3-0-0 Passed
Matt talked to Donald Matthews and the cost to fix Barber Hill is $12,600. Matt will get Indus to come out and give final quote for crack sealing and then Tracy will submit for a Chapter 90 project request. There have been many trees down and there have been culverts plugged up. Tracy to check with ConCom Chair about Beaver Deceiver for Athol Rd. Culvert.
RC moved to hire Donald Matthews for $12,600 to do the repairs needed on Barber Hill culvert using funds from Disaster Recovery account. TD Seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 3-0-0 Passed
TD moved that Tracy and Bob move forward with the STRAP grant application to do Northfield Rd. milling, tack, overlay 2” of pavement, line painting, and replace culverts if needed. RC Seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 3-0-0 Passed
No Truck quote updates
Matt brought in 3 separate Mower Head quotes. Matt will get a clarification on 1 of the quotes as to what type of head it is.
