A meeting of the Warwick Highway Commissioners was held on 4/29/2026 at the Town Hall
Members present: Robert Croke (RC), Todd Dexter (TD)
Members not in attendance: Vernon Bass (VB)
Others attending: Tracy Styles/Minutes Manager, Jill Delisle
Meeting called to order at 4:35pm by RC, TD Seconded
RC Moved that the Meeting Minutes from 4/15/2026 be moved into the permanent record TD Seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 2-0-0 Passed
The selectboard voted to award the bid for the excavator to Able Tools & Equipment for the Wacker Neuson. The sales rep is working on getting the invoice to the town for purchase. Tracy will work on next steps to finish procurement and then bring Chapter 90 reimbursement form for sign off.
Superintendent report gave to Commissioners to read through for the last 2 weeks.
Discussion ensued on Lower Wendell Rd Ground Penetrating Radar and then repair. Tracy sent email to Chris Bouchard at Chapter 90 to see if it would be an approved project.
The Board discussed what paving projects they would like to do in the next few years.
Tracy discussed to current balances of all accounts including Chapter 90.
RC Moved that the budget for Cracksealing up to $65,000 from the approved roads from 4/15/2026 meeting minutes in that order using Chapter 90 funds. TD Seconded All in Favor “Aye” 2-0-0 Passed
RC Moved that once new Cracksealing quote up to $65,000 is received that Tracy is approved to file for a new Chapter 90 project request. TD Seconded All in Favor “Aye” 2-0-0 Passed
Matt went over the Crack Sealing quote. Matt will get new quote and bring to next meeting for the Commission to vote on
78 from the bottom of the Gulf to 844
Northfield Rd from Bass Rd to the Northfield Townline
Athol Rd everything but the new paving
Wendell Rd to the Moss Brook Bridge

Discussion ensued on Time reporting/Flex time for meeting. What is approved and what is not approved for Comp time. Adding time to the timesheets so that comp time can be accumulated.
