Meeting called to order at 4:38pm by RC, TD Seconded
Reviewed the 2 bids for the new excavator. Bid will be awarded at the next Highway Commission meeting on 4/15/2026. Matt D will go inspect the 2 machines. Tracy will find out if the warranties both comes with travel expenses and get reviews for each machine.
