A meeting of the Warwick Highway Commissioners was held on 3/02/2026 at the Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 4:39pm by RC, TD Seconded
Board read through meeting minutes to be approved.
TD Moved that the Meeting Minutes from 2/09/2026 be moved into the permanent record RC Seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 3-0-0 Passed
Superintendent reports:
Matt D.
Matt brought in the Calibration charts for the sand and salt. The board went over the quote for the wheeled excavator. Discussion ensued on the condition of the roads and plans. Matt has been in touch with Indus (Crack sealing) to come out 3/04/2026 to discuss project plans. Once Matt has the information, he will turn the information over to Tracy to apply Chapter 90 approval for project. Discussion ensued on what needs to be done on Moss Brook Rd/Lower Wendell Rd. Matt is going to have a rep from Infrasense come out to see if ground penetrating radar would work. Tracy will reach out Christopher Bouchard to see if Chapter 90 can be used for this project.
Todd moved to go forward with the Quote from Able Tools and Equipment for Wacker Neuson EW-100-2 HighPerf/ToolCarrier to submit application to Chapter 90 and then move forward with procurement. RC seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 3-0-0 Passed
Budget/Grants-
No updates on grants. Went over Grant spreadsheet. Board went over bills and signed them off. Tracy will work with Matt to apply for Chapter 90 projects.
