A meeting of the Warwick Highway Commissioners was held on 11/03/2025 at the Town Hall

Others attending: Tracy Styles/Minutes Manager, Bruce Kilhart, Alan Genovese
Meeting called to order at 5:05pm by RC, TD Seconded
Board read through meeting minutes to be approved.
RC Moved that the Meeting Minutes from 10/20/2025 be moved into the permanent record. TD Seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 3-0-0 Passed
Superintendent reports:
Matt D. is not in attendance. The screener was here and about 2/3 of the pile has been completed. Roadside filling will be ready to go once the screener is done. The roadside mowing has been in the works. The truck bid was opened on 10/29/2025 at 2pm. There were 2 bids and 1 didn’t meet the requirements.
TD moved to recommend the purchase of the Western Star used truck that met the qualifications at the bid opening to Selectboard. RC seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 3-0-0 Passed
Tracy gave update on grants and budget. Tracy gave update on bill discrepancy for North East Paving. Discussion ensued. Tracy to follow up talking with FRCOG on contract. Board to follow-up with Matt D on acceptance.
Conflict of Interest module to be completed. Tracy sent email to TD and will have VB and RC come to the office to complete.
