A meeting of the Warwick Highway Commissioners was held on 7/31/2024 at the Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 4:05pm
- Richard Shepard and Dave Shepardson of South Holden Rd. were here to get approval for the digging to get better water flow to both camps. Wants to put pipe under the road to get water flow. Bruce suggests that they dig 5ft to 5.5ft on top of the pipe. Bruce suggested going to the BOH for trenching with other pipes and the selectboard for an easement. Bruce makes a motion to approve project to move to the selectboard. Kevin Seconded. All in favor “Aye”
- Tracy emailed David for Surplus cars still at Highway barn
- Bruce brought 2 potential trailers to buy. 1 for the hot box and 1 for the roller
- Culverts need to be the top Priority. Kevin going to follow up with Matt 8/01/2024 making sure this happens
- Next meeting to be August 7th at 4pm
