Meeting called to order at 6:49pm by Chairperson Jill DeLisle.

Meeting minutes will be reviewed and approved at the next meeting.
The Selectboard voted to hire Lizzie for coordinator. Start date is August 1st, first day will be August 3rd.
Discussion ensued on questions on year end and where accounts stand
Police Chief Shoemaker is here with a Reserve Fund request for the refurbishing of the donated police car $1500. The cruiser was donated by the Town of Deerfield but needed some external refurbishing. The refurbishing was done at The Franklin County Technical School. The total bill turned out to be $1971.01 instead of the initially quoted for under $1000.
Signe moved to approve the reserve fund request in the amount of $1500 for payment to the Franklin County Technical School for refurbishing the police cruiser. Laurette seconded.

Highway has a reserve fund request for the final fuel bill of the year in the amount of $3134.50. Highway is low on funds and needs some support paying this bill. There was discussion at a prior meeting that when this bill came in to do a reserve fund request because the highway funds are not able to support this bill.
Jill moved to approve the reserve fund request in the amount of $3134.50 for payment to the Dennis Burke for diesel fuel bill. Laurette seconded.
