Meeting called to order at 6:52pm by Chairperson Jill DeLisle.

Discussion following town meeting on 5/04/2026. There were some concerns after town meeting about voting for the article to use $133,000 out of the Stabilization Fund to lower the tax levy. There may be some funding coming from the State for the Snow&Ice deficit that occurred this past year it is not certain if it will pass state budgets or how much it will be.
Step for FY28 preparation
Jill has been making spreadsheets for Department Equipment for Capital Planning purposes for being able to budget for Capital Planning expenses. Jill walked through the spreadsheets as an over view.
