Meeting called to order at 6:53pm by Chairperson Jill DeLisle.

Jill moved to approve amended minutes for 3/26/2026, 4/02/2026, 4/09/2026, 4/16/2026. Signe Seconded. All in Favor “Aye”

Fincom reviewed the total budget numbers. Jill read the recap Diana has come up with for the snapshot for the changes in the budget. Fincom reviewed warrant articles and discussed the explanations for each article.
ARTICLE 26: Shall the Town appropriate from Stabilization Fund $133,000 to reduce the tax levy: or take other action relative thereto? (Two thirds vote required) – The Fincom has decided to stand neutral on this article.
There is a Reserve Fund request from the Accountant for Docusign bill and 1099 paperwork that needed to be completed in the amount of $1000.
Laurette moved that the Reserve Fund request in the amount of $1000 from the accountant for Docusign and 1099 paperwork be approved. Greg Seconded. All in Favor “AYE”
