Commissioners Present: Chris Duerring, Greg Brodski, Mary Williamson, Nancy Putnam, Bob Paquet
Meeting called to order 7:17pm
March Meeting Minutes, reviewed and approved, with minor edits. Brodsky made a motion to approved, Williamson 2nd, All approved.
Recent Site Visits:
20 S. Holden Rd., April 8th, silt fence had been installed and reviewed by Duerring and Paquet. 6 trees need to be removed, in BZ, to be .
Warwick School, April 10th, Brodsky and Duerring met with applicants onsite, no work had started yet. Discussion of future plans.
April 11th, Flower Hill Road, lot 1, for sale. Commissioners met with potential buyer, Mathew Fillion from Orange. He wants to create a farm, commissioners walked the lot to see if wetlands were present.
46 Dusty Rd., Tyndall Ellis notified the CC (emailed) about starting work in BZ, but awaiting comments from NHESP.
Conservation Agent: Review of draft job listing.
Discussion of Vernal Pool Day, to be on Sat. April 18th.
Forest Cutting Plans: no new FCP’s.
Informal Discussion: solar installation is being planned on Brodsky’s property. He will be * submitting a NOI in the next few weeks.
FRCOG sent the CC a book covering River Restoration Design and Permitting.
