Meeting Minutes February 10, 2026
Commissioners present: C. Duerring, Chair, B. Paquette, M. Williamson, N. Putnam, G. Brodsky
Meeting called to order at 7:12 pm, Warwick Town Hall
Pre-permitting discussion for 20 S. Holden Rd. Moores Pond. Leigh Lovely, co-owner and representing the property. Interested in demolishing and re-building the house and new septic system. Have been to ZBA and Health Dept. Preparing an NOI for the project. Question about accuracy of fees for the NOI. Informal review of a draft NOI and Plan. Commission requested a Plan with a Limit of Work line and Top of Bank, in addition to clarification of trees that will be removed within the Buffer Zone for the project. If any filling or change of grades is proposed, this needs to be shown on the Plan and clarified.
Review of Meeting Minutes, January 12, 2026. Brodsky motioned to approve, Paquette 2’nd. All approved.
MACC Meeting is Feb. 28th, Saturday.
Laurel Lake RDA, stone wall repairs/rebuilding, draft submitted to us for review.
Proposed Conservation Agent job description and budget. Discussion of draft.
Forest Cutting Plans: 2 recently submitted, Old Winchester Road, 152 acres and Alan Morse, 2 stream crossings.
Northfield Road, discussion, tabled
DCR Flagg Road site visit, tabled due to snow coverage.
Mirey Brook bridge, tabled
Generic Highway maintenance NOI: Commissioner Brodsky will contact Town Highway dept.
Brodsky offered an idea for a solar array.
