Author’s Talk: Cathy Stanton – Food Margins: Lessons of an Unlikely Grocer: Thursday Sept 5. @ 7 pm:Join local author Kathy Stanton of Wendell for a hands-on talk and discussion about her experience working with the Quabbin Harvest Food Co-op in Orange and the challenges of making change in the industrial food system. Kathy teaches anthropology at Tufts University in Boston. Copies of the book, which was published earlier this year by the University of Massachusetts Press, will be on sale.
