A meeting of the Warwick Highway Commissioners was held on 2/09/2026 at the Town Hall

Others attending: Tracy Styles/Minutes Manager, Diana Noble, Matthew Dorgan
Meeting called to order at 4:36pm by RC, TD Seconded
Board read through meeting minutes to be approved.
TD Moved that the Meeting Minutes from 1/28/2026 be moved into the permanent record with amendments to the Tonnage for the Salt ordered. RC Seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 2-0-0 Passed
Superintendent reports:
Matt D.
The team has been plowing constantly due to frequent storms. Matt has been working on getting the quotes for the excavator and the Road grader. There have been some problems with the trucks/equipment. Troubleshooting the different problems with filters, fuel, and fuses. Will start to get ball park quote for a 1-Ton truck with a stainless-steel sanding body to bring to Finance Committee and the Mower Head for the excavator.
Todd moved to Re-allocate repairs for vehicles to Snow & Ice and moving forward until Snow & Ice has closed. RC seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 3-0-0 Passed
RC moved to have Todd draft a letter for FRCOG to express concerns about not working with NE Paving moving forward. VB seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 2-0-1 Passed
Budget/Grants-
No updates on grants. Commissioners reviewed bills and signed. Moving forward Admin work will be more streamlined. Tracy will do grants and admin related to grants then give green light to Matt to start on the ground work.
TD moved to increase Tracy’s hours up to 15 hours per week as needed for increased duties. RC seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 3-0-0 Passed
TD moved for Tracy to draft email to Superintendent that OSHA Trainings need to be completed and certificates be turned over for personal files. Dates will be set for mandatory trainings. RC seconded. All in Favor “Aye” 3-0-0 Passed
