A meeting of the Warwick Highway Commissioners was held on 7/07/2025 at the Town Hall
Members present: Robert Croke, Vernon Bass, Todd Dexter
Members not in attendance: N/A
Others attending: Tracy Styles/Minutes Manager, Bruce Kilhart, Alan Genovese
Meeting called to order at 5:10 pm by Robert Croke, Vernon Bass Seconded
Went over bills that needed to be paid and out of which account the funds should come out of.
Tracy updated on Chapter 90 account totals
Robert Moved to pay for Athol Rd Culvert repairs out of the Disaster Recovery Funds. Vern Seconded. All in Favor “Aye”
Massworks Grant will be closing out. Tracy to Work on the close out paperwork
Tracy will reach out to Matt D to find out who did the milling for the milling and paving. There is a question if NorthEast Paving did it or the FY25 Contractor.
The Paving is done for now until there is a new project initiated.
Vernon mentioned culverts on Beech Hill Rd. Check with Matt D. to see if the culverts have been done or still need to be done.
Tracy to look on the computer for the GPS markers for Culverts.
Matt D. needs to hold on any further milling material being moved out. What are we getting in return? Contract? Plan for using those on what needs to be done in Warwick.
Culvert Clean outs – Locate, Assess, Clean out, replacements (Costs, street by street plan)
Beaver Problem – Grant for traps and location of culverts with problems
Matt D. Addressing wash outs – Orange Rd out front of Dave Lambert’s House. Also, Flower Hill Rd above Buzzle Place
Todd moved that the meeting no longer be on Zoom only in person moving forward. Robert Seconded. All in favor “Aye”
Moving forward Matt D needs to put Comp time on Timesheet when it is earned.

- Tracy to get line-Item Budget for Highway Dept
