A meeting of the Warwick Highway Commissioners was held on 5/12/2025 at the Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 4:08pm by Robert Croke, Vernon Bass Seconded
Kevin moved to approve the meeting minutes from 7/31/2024, 8/19/2024, 9/09/2024, 10/21/2024, 12/04/2024, 12/23/2024, 1/06/2025. Vernon Seconded
Tracy gave update for budget and grant funding. Went over budget and where all of the accounts stand.
The potential for a new truck will be coming in the next few weeks. Matt will talk to the dealer about timing so that the procurement. Matt is in touch with them weekly for potential new trucks. Matt still in contact with dealer for new potentials.
Kevin moved that the quote be obtained for Flower Hill Rd. Paving and then hold until the FY2026 Chapter 90 funding before starting the project. Robert Seconded.
215 Wendell Rd. Van Johnson here to discuss the water that is running through his property and was hoping that something can be done to correct the problem. Burm or culvert are potential fixes. Matt D will look into potential solutions and bring it to the next meeting.
Discussion about Superintendent raise and Employee reviews. Matt D was given job description to give to give to Laborers.
Small repairs will be made at the direction of Matt D.
Robert Croke moves to recommend $32.00 for a performance raise to Superintendent Matthew Dorgan. Vernon Seconded.
Adjournment: Robert C. moved to Selectboard meeting at 5:48pm; Kevin Seconded. All in favor “Aye”. Motion passed.
Kevin Alden recommends to the Selectboard that the pay rate for Superintendent go from $29.67 to $32.00 per hour. The selectboard vote all in favor.
Robert Croke moved to adjourn meeting at 6:08pm. Vernon seconded.
