A meeting of the Warwick Highway Commissioners was held on 1/21/2025 at the Town Hall

Others attending: Tracy Styles/Minutes Manager, Matthew Dorgan, Edwin Matthews, Sharon Matthews
Meeting called to order at 4:06pm by Kevin Alden, Vern Seconded
Robert brought up that there has been some extra salt being spread and we want to make sure that there is not to spread due to drinking water
Edwin Matthews here to discuss employment and paying the retirement board back from going over the hours per retirement board. County retirement is not giving definite answers. Kevin reaching out to David Y to find out what is going on with the situation. Highway Commissioners recommended Edwin get everything in writing from the retirement board.
Tracy gave update on Budget and update. Tracy will reach out to get the Northeast to try to get bill broken down to be turn into Chapter 90 for reimbursement.
Matt brought up that he has a $50,000 grant to cover the costs for 2 1-ton sanders and grade all bucket.
Robert Croak moved that Matt D move forward with the $50,000 grant to get 2 1-ton sanders and grade all bucket. Vernon Seconded.
Robert would like to see next year’s STRAP grant for Athol Rd. Culverts would need to be repaired before repaving could occur.
2016 Truck running well. Only have for a week so not able to give full update.
Culverts moved to next meeting.
