A meeting of the Warwick Highway Commissioners was held on 12/23/2024 at the Town Hall
Members present: Kevin Alden, Vernon Bass

Others attending: Tracy Styles/Minutes Manager, Matthew Dorgan
Meeting called to order at 4:03pm by Kevin Alden, Vern Seconded
Discussion ensued insurance for Kurt Freitag. Tracy will reach out about the extra snow coverage that is needed for him to plow for the town.
Matthew Dorgan left at 4:22pm
Kevin Motioned that until Kurt has to proper insurance for snow plowing, and he is licensed with commercial snow removal policy he is not allowed to plow for the town of Warwick. Seconded by Vernon.
Budget and grant updates done by Tracy
Tracy to send Gill Engineering the contract.
Kevin made a motion to make Tracy Styles the point person for the Gill engineering the Athol Rd Culvert. Vernon Seconded. All in Favor “Aye”
Things that have been done in 2024: Paving, Guardrails, Cutting of the Gulf, Help at Transfer station, Grading dirt roads, Helped at school (Basketball Court).
Kevin to recommend Robert Croak for 3rd member of the Highway commissioners. Vernon seconded. All in Favor “Aye”
