Meeting came to order at 7:10 PM

Approval of November Meeting Minutes, Putnam made a motion for approval, 2’nd by Brodsky, all approved.

Informal Discussion: 20 South Holden Road, Moores Pond, Jinx and Howard Hastings, Abutters of potential project for the demolition and reconstruction of a house,
with septic system a Commissioners discussed the septic system vs a tight tank Commission determined that they should file a NOI for the demolition and new house and system.

Site Visit Northfield Road, Tyler Brailey, owner, November 20,2025. 4 Commissioners present. Duerring described the site visit and interactions with the owner.

Site Visit on Dusty Road, owners are interested in repairing and extending the retaining wall. We recommended that they work above the Bank and protect the existing
shrubs and trees.

Laurel Lake drainage project on the beach, DCR project. DCR and their consultants met with Commissioners to review the tree clearing and the erosion and sediment controls. They had installed fiber rolls around the work areas. Commissioners recommended some improvements and authorized them to start construction.

Flagg Road, DCR project update. Prior notifications have not been given for the work. Commissioners will schedule site visit to check status of work.

Conservation Agent discussion: We will work on drafting a job description for a part-time staff person to assist the Conservation Commission.

Generic NOI – Suggestion to contact MACC for educational materials for filing.

Motion to adjourn 8:49 pm. Williamson moved, Paquette 2nd, all approved.
