Meeting with Keith Ross, John Paganetti, Ann Kendall, Tracy Styles
- Keith called the meeting to order 2:01pm
- No sales this month
- Monthly Sign offs completed
- Tracy talked to the Board about moving Patriot from the Computer to the Cloud. There is money in the current budget to support this upgrade. The Pros to changing to the cloud are no daily backups, if the computer breaks we don’t lose the system and the cost to Patriot to rebuild the whole system, there are features that are no longer available on the computer-based software. The Cons are cost will increase by ~$1000 annually.
Keith moved to upgrade Patriot from the desktop to the Cloud. Ann Seconded. All in Favor “AYE”
