- Ann moved that Meeting Minutes 1/23/2024, 2/20/2024, 3/13/2024 be accepted into permanent record. John Seconded. All in Favor “AYE”
- Tracy talked to the board about adopting the local options of increased income limits for Senior Exemptions.
John moved to accept the local option of increased income limits for Senior exemption 41C. Ann Seconded. All in Favor “AYE”

- Monthly Sign offs completed
- Reviewed Abatement applications and set date for site visits 4/13/2024
- Discussion ensued on the new Building Inspector and Tracy gave update on working relationship
