Meeting August 7th, 2023
In-Person meeting at the Warwick Town Hall
Meeting started at 6:57pm with Keith Ross, Tracy Styles, John Paganetti, Ann Kendall
- Prior Meeting minutes waived until next meeting.
- Sales – Went over monthly sales.
- Abatements – Monthly Sign off
- Chapter 61 liens – Tracy to draft letter to send to residents to correct missing Liens.
- Standards for assessing all property – equally.
- Clerk Dues -FCAA – Board Approved
- Patriot 5.5.4 – Tracy is working on gathering information about what is currently being provided by Patriot for what we are paying for. Patriot has an update out, but the Town will need to obtain a new Sever in order to do the upgrade. Tracy working on gathering more information to bring back to board to decide where to go from here.
