Meeting started at 6:27pm with Keith Ross, Jessica Foote, Tracy Styles, John Paganetti, Ann Kendall
- Prior Meeting minutes approved Ann Motioned, John Seconded, All in favor “AYE”
- Tracy gave Patriot software update
- Tracy gave update on Roy’s progress
- Board discussed some of the possible abatements after tax bills go out
- Board to go out the third week in January to start evaluating properties
