Meeting January 10th, 2023
In-Person meeting at the Warwick Town Hall
Meeting started at 6:34pm with Keith Ross, Jessica Foote, Tracy Styles, John Paganetti
- Prior Meeting minutes approved
- Tracy requested for approval to take MAAO Course 200 for $600 – Board Approved
- Tracy gave Patriot software update
- Tracy gave update on Roy’s progress
- Tracy gave update after talking with CAI Technologies and the process for getting maps updated/corrected
- Tracy asked Board to approve Tracy getting the word out about exemptions. Tracy will send letters, go to the meal site, maybe an evening at the library to help people if needed.
- Tracy has been working on updating the Chapter 61’s and brought up some concerns and the process of how it gets corrected
- Board to go out the third week in January to start evaluating properties
