Meeting September 13^th, 2022

In-Person meeting at the Warwick Town Hall

Meeting started at 6:30pm with Keith Ross, Ann Kendall, Tracy Styles, John Paganetti

Prior Meeting minutes approved
There was a question raised about the age requirement for the senior abatement and it was determined the age requirement is 70 years old
Call made to town hall about looking at town maps – Board advised Tracy that all maps are on the town website and to let the party know that they could be accessed that way
Tracy to investigate the boat excise tax list that was sent to Clerk
Tracy spoke to Roy and he explain the different ways to tell if a structure is taxable (ex. Carports)
Once the Board is ready to set the new tax rate Tracy will reach out to David Young to put it on the selectboards schedule
Tracy is going to follow-up with DLS about the exemptions for property owners that are completely off grid
Tracy gave Patriot software update
Board went through all the Chapter 61, 61A, and 61B below are a list of the applications approved to date with some applications still pending
