Meeting September 13th, 2022
In-Person meeting at the Warwick Town Hall
Meeting started at 6:30pm with Keith Ross (VIA phone), Ann Kendall, Jessica Foote, Tracy Styles, John Paganetti
- Prior Meeting minutes approved
- Discussed site visits and when Patriot software is in place adjustments will be made to complete abatement process
- Patriot now has the Oracle data and has started the conversion of data, will set up training for Board once software is ready to use
- Tracy to send follow-up email to Phil Delory to discuss Building permit process moving forward
- Tracy will send notice to Town Newsletter to announce Roy Bishop & Associates will be coming around to properties and taking updated pictures during the months of October and November
- Tracy will continue to mail forms as they are needed throughout the year
- Meeting Minutes and Agendas get turned into Town Clerk
- Next meeting October 13th, 6:30pm
