Meeting July 19th, 2022
Meeting started at 6:30pm with Keith Ross, Ann Kendall, Jessica Foote, Tracy Styles, Scott Whitney
• Scott Whitney – Delvee Family Assoc. wanting advise on the property status
Assessors advised filing abatement which will be processed upon return of the abatement, converting property to a non-profit option
• Last meeting minutes approved
• Keith will sign off on Assessors certifications for DOR. Tracy to send instructions how to do so through email.
• Reach out to Ryan Mallioux about debt needing to be included in the tax levy
• Tracy to follow up with Roy Bishop about email from David Y about the things needing to be considered in the tax levy.
• Requests for supplies go through David Y.
