Meeting in the Town Hall was called to order at 7:30 pm by Rotating Chair Howard Mathison
Agenda was approved, voted unanimously.
The revised minutes of the May meeting were approved, voted unanimously.

- Reminder: We all have to take ethics training by the end of July. Do it here: https://massethicstraining.skillburst.com/User/index.php. Create a new account. Select ‘Warwick’ under Organization. Verify your email, set a password, acknowledge receipt, and complete the training.

- Clyde Perkins attended. He wants to give his neighbor (son) a right of way over Clyde’s land. We advised him this can be attached to the deed. In general he needs to hire a surveyor and write the agreement and have it added to the deed. One question is how much set back for a shed. We will look into this and get back to Clyde.
- Discussed the various bylaw changes still in the wings, common driveways not important, road discontinuance needs to be done, monument boundaries is a yes, mobile home replacement maybe, lawn sign change maybe, Subdivision waiver need more information.
- Sandy announced he will be leaving the planning board in December.
